Earlier this year, Georgia lawmakers created your commission to remove woke prosecutors and district attorneys who undermine our Constitution and refuse to uphold the law. We, the undersigned, believe Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis deserves to be removed from office for her willful misconduct.

Under DA Fani Willis’ watch, crime has exploded across Fulton County. Homicides have doubled in Midtown and Downtown Atlanta, while other parts of Atlanta saw a 31% increase in burglary calls and 22% spike in motor vehicle thefts reported.

Instead of working to enforce the law and prosecute violent crime, DA Fani Willis has instead committed scare public safety resources to a months-long witch hunt against President Trump. These rogue actions show her willful and persistent failure to carry out her statutory duties.

We do not want to continue living in a banana republic where our criminal justice system works only to target its political enemies while failing to prosecute violent crimes. Public safety is more important than delivering DA Fani Willis her fifteen minutes of fame.

As such, we call on you to immediately remove Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from office!
